Unlike gig-based apps, every Zoomiz team member is a trained, background-checked employee—not a contractor. That means consistent quality, professional accountability, and genuine care for you and your pets.

We currently serve the greater Fort Wayne area and are expanding to nearby communities soon.

Tokens & Memberships

One token equals $5 in service value. Tokens can be used for any service—walks, playtime visits, vet transport, supply pick-ups, wellness checks, and more.

Tokens never expire while your membership is active. If you cancel, you’ll have six months to use any remaining balance.

Absolutely. Purchase additional tokens anytime at your current membership rate, right in the app.

Every tier bundles discounted tokens plus perks like priority scheduling, exclusive offers, and flexible use across all services.

More than 20 flexible options: dog walking, at-home feeding, playtime visits, pet taxi, wellness support, and more—on your schedule through the app.

Log into the Zoomiz app, choose a service and time, and confirm with your tokens. You’ll get real-time updates and a visit report after each service.

Not necessarily. Many clients provide secure access instructions—like a door code, key, or lockbox—so our team can care for your pet even when you’re away. We follow strict access and safety protocols, and every visit includes GPS-verified updates, notes, and photos.

We can’t always guarantee the same caregiver for every visit, but we’re committed to finding the right fit for your pet and family. We use your feedback after each service to learn what works best—then continue refining your match until we’ve connected you with the caregiver who feels like part of the family.

Pet Taxi & Safety

Our Pet Taxi service makes transportation easy and stress-free. Schedule one-way or round-trip rides through the app, and a trained Zoomiz caregiver will safely pick up your pet, accompany them to their appointment, and return them home if requested. You’ll receive GPS updates and notifications every step of the way.

To keep our Pet Taxi service affordable and efficient, some rides may include other pets traveling along similar routes. All pets are safely secured and separated as needed for comfort and safety. If you’d prefer your pet to travel alone, you can request a private ride for an additional fee.

Every Zoomiz Pet Taxi ride—shared or private—is designed with your pet’s safety and comfort in mind. All pets travel in secure, sanitized crates or harnesses in temperature-controlled vehicles. Shared rides are compatibility-checked and monitored by trained staff. Every trip is GPS-tracked for transparency.

Trust & Care

Yes. Every Zoomiz team member is a vetted W-2 employee who completes comprehensive training in pet handling, safety, and customer care.

Your pet’s safety is our top priority. We have detailed emergency procedures in place, and all team members are trained and insured to respond quickly and appropriately.

We do. Zoomiz partners with trusted local veterinarians, groomers, trainers, and wellness providers to give you access to holistic, coordinated care for your pet’s total wellbeing.

Technology & Support

Everything happens in the Zoomiz app—bookings, payments, caregiver tracking, and visit reports are all in one place. Available on iOS and Android.

You can reach us through the app chat or call our local Fort Wayne support line during business hours. Our goal is to keep your experience easy and responsive.

You can pause your membership anytime or transfer unused tokens to another pet owner in our service region.
